Commercial Terms, Billing Policies & Invoicing Conditions
• Minimum Service Call: Standard 1-hour minimum charge applies to regular time diagnostic service calls and site dispatches. Emergency call-outs carry a 2-hour minimum double-time dispatch charge.
• Payment Terms: Net 30 Days from invoice date for approved commercial credit accounts. Interest of 2% per month (26.8% per annum) charged on overdue accounts.
• Taxes: Rates are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD). 5% Federal GST applies to all labour and services.
• Travel Time & Dispatch: Out-of-town travel time is billed at applicable hourly technician rates in addition to the vehicle kilometrage allowance.
